Leonardo Excavation ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through leonardoexcavation.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the estimate form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, property address, and project details. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

If you begin the estimate form, enter a phone number or email, and then leave without submitting it, we may receive a notification containing what you had entered up to that point, so we can follow up. If you don't enter a way to contact you, nothing is sent. If you'd rather we didn't hold that information, call us and we'll delete it.

After we finish a job, we may send you a link to a page where you can tell us how it went. If you leave a star rating there, we receive it along with anything else you choose to add — the options you tapped, your comments, and your name and contact details if you provide them. If you rate the work and then close the page without finishing, we still receive the rating so we can follow up. Your name and contact details are optional unless you tell us something went wrong, in which case we ask for them so we can reach you and put it right.

That page also includes a short video from Luke hosted by Loom. Nothing is requested from Loom until you press play, so if you never start the video, no information is shared with them.

We only quote what you write on our website if you have ticked the box giving us permission, and we will still ask you before we publish anything.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your information.

How it's shared

Form submissions are transmitted to our customer-management system so Luke can follow up, and a notification may be sent to our internal team chat. We use reputable service providers to host the site and process these submissions.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling us. If you opted into updates, you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
