Demolition

Structure demolition and full site cleanup — from old sheds and barns to mobile and single-family homes.

Demolition

Whether you're rebuilding or clearing a property, demolition needs to be done safely, cleanly, and with the debris actually hauled away — not left for you to deal with.

We hold a CCB Lead-Based Paint Renovation (LBPR) license, which is what allows us to take on demolition work at all — a lot of contractors aren't certified to even bid a demo project. On anything built before 2004 we work with licensed lead and asbestos contractors to get clearance testing done before we touch the structure.

We demolish barns, sheds, mobile homes, and single-family homes, then clear and clean the site so it's ready for what's next.

Demolition FAQs

Common questions.

Yes — hauling and site cleanup are included. You're left with a clear, clean lot.

If it was built before 2004, yes — clearance testing is required before demolition. We work with licensed lead and asbestos contractors to get that done, and our CCB Lead-Based Paint Renovation license (#LBPR239305) is what lets us perform the demolition itself. Many contractors don't carry that certification and can't legally bid the job.
